Purpose of Data Processing
The following personal data is processed when using the registration:
Contact information: salutation, title, first name, last name, company, email address, phone number, Routes registration number, special diet/allergies
Usage and system data: IP address, browser type and version, date and time of access.
Purpose of Processing
Processing is carried out for the following purposes:
- Organising the complimentary activities and the VIP program
- Passing participant lists to the respective tour operators
- Internal statistical evaluations
Legal Bases
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in organisation and quality assurance), as well as the corresponding provisions of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Disclosure to Third Parties
Your contact details are passed on only to the tour operator running the activity you booked. Beyond that, data is disclosed only where required by law.
Retention Period
We retain your data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes. After the event, the data will be deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention obligations apply.
